Depleted Outlaws Fall 16-3 to Standing Buffalo

Regina, SK - A tired and depleted Outlaws team couldn’t handle the high powered Fighting Sioux and lost by a score of 16-3.

Standing Buffalo came out flying in their home opener scoring just 17 seconds into the game. Just over a minute later, Standing Buffalo would make it 3-1. Kennedy would get his second of the period at the 8:21 mark of the opening frame to make it 4-2. The Fighting Sioux would add another late in the period to make it a 5-2 game going in to the first intermission.

Standing Buffalo would take a commanding lead in t he second period with 8 goals, while the Outlaws failed to find the back of the net to make it 13-2 after two periods of play. Kennedy would complete the hat-trick in the third period but that is all that PA could muster as the Standing Buffalo Fighting Sioux would take this one 16-3.
